We originally met with the client in late 2009 to help determine the layout of the space they were leasing adjacent to their existing space.
We did several layouts of the space integrating both drywall and moveable architectural walls that best met the space requirements. Once the layouts were approved and signed off we communicated with the General Contractor and with the client to ensure an accurate fit and finish.
The advantage to moveable Architectural Walls is the product is considered furniture and an asset; the upfront cost is minimally more than drywall but they can be rearranged and if they are just moved once they have paid for themselves and, should the client choose to relocate they can take them with them when they move.
