PNC reached out to Hugh Watt of Nilex on a referral. Once contacted and a meeting was scheduled with Hugh Watt he immediately understood PNC's business model and saw the value it brought to him and his team as they were constructing their new building.

PNC was involved from the beginning of the building process joining the construction meetings that pertained to the PNC business model, whereby ensuring the number of employees and the size of all the areas would align with Nilex's vision. Hugh even had the building altered so the open area and offices flowed better to suit their office environment. Once the building was under construction PNC was on site at a timely fashion to work with the trades, marking the floors and walls for the electrical, data and phone placement so when the furniture was installed, it all lined up as planned.
