O'HANLON PAVING

PNC was introduced to O'Hanlon paving on a referral. PNC originally met with four gentleman and then in a second meeting with the four gentleman and the two business owners.

PNC was then retained so that Dean of O'Hanlon Paving and Shauna of PNC would work together to have a layout designed to ensure that each department and area would flow. Dean and Shauna worked on multiple designs and layouts until Dean and the O'Hanlon team found one that would encapsulate their vision. Part of the design was to include architectural walls instead of drywall as O'Hanlon saw the value in owning the architectural walls so as they expand they can redesign the location of the walls, maximizing on their investment as well architectural walls are land fill friendly. PNC met with all the trades on the project to ensure the accuracy of all of the data, phone, electrical and architectural wall placement. Dean mentioned at the end of the project that PNC walked the O'Hanlon team through the process and made it easier for them to make a better and informed decision on both the furniture and the architectural walls.
