MINIELY TOWER HUGHES ASSOCIATES

We originally started our conversations with Derek of MTH in November of 2010 when they were looking for assistance with the layout and design of their new space. This was our opportunity to work directly with the client and they allowed us to recommend the designer and the builder to assist them with their entire build out. Once the designer had the working drawings they handed them over to the contractor for them to commence the build out based on the finishes provided by the designer. Once the plans were signed off the general contractor had the task of completing the 5200 sq. ft. build out in just over 6 weeks, virtually unheard of. We are pleased to say that they accomplished it! Since we were the liaison for MTH, we communicated with general contractor where the electrical, data and phones were to be placed, this is important so that when the furniture arrives the fit and finish is accurate.

We also worked with MTH to determine any new furniture they required as they took some of their existing with them; we did an inventory to see how the existing would best layout and then from there we made sure the new would merge well with the existing. In addition we assisted them with the moving company; this allowed us to show them exactly how the existing furniture will fit in the new space.

We were honored that the MTH management team trusted in us to see their project to a successful completion!
