LAKELAND COLLEGE

We met with the client regarding their Library expansion to find out they liked what another college had done so we took it upon ourselves to go to that college to take pictures so we could understand Lakeland's vision.

Once we gathered the information we met back with the client and the users to help determine specific needs and space requirements. With the information we gathered we then did 2D and 3D drawings and provided product cut sheets to make sure it was the look they wanted and once we had sign off we then formatted an RFP for our three dealers to put together a proposal complete with pricing, layouts and product information so the client had a visual of what each dealer was proposing. Once we had all the information from the dealers we presented it to the client complete with a spread sheet explaining our analysis of the features, advantages of the products and with that made our recommendations.

Once the order was placed we followed it through to make sure the construction schedule was on time and acted as the liaison between the client, construction company and furniture dealer making sure the product arrived on time and the fit and finish was what the client expected. In the original up front meeting we did site measurements so we could generate an AutoCAD as well we received privileged information knowing what the budget was and with that we were able to give the client leading edge product while coming in 40% under budget which has since led to an additional
